Remind This is designed to collect as little information as possible. The app does not require an account, does not operate its own reminder database, and does not include advertising or analytics.
Remind This is developed by Ulba Studio, operated by 9533-9107 QUEBEC INC.
Your reminders
Remind This uses Apple Reminders through macOS to create and store your reminders. Reminder titles, dates, times, and related reminder information are stored in Apple Reminders rather than on an Ulba Studio server.
Voice input
Remind This uses Apple's microphone and speech recognition technologies when you use voice input. Speech processing may occur on your device or may be processed by Apple depending on the services available on your Mac.
Ulba Studio does not receive or store your voice recordings.
Purchases and licensing
Purchases and software licensing are handled by Polar. Remind This communicates with Polar when activating or validating a license and managing permitted device activations.
Payment information is handled by Polar and its payment providers rather than by Ulba Studio.
Updates
Remind This uses Sparkle to check for software updates from remindthis.app. Normal network request information may be processed when an update check is performed.
Website
Remindthis.app does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or marketing cookies. The website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process standard connection and security information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
Support and feedback
Support and feedback are provided through UserJot. If you choose to submit feedback or contact support through UserJot, the information you provide is handled by UserJot according to its own policies.

- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security

These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada as part of providing their services.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including requesting access or correction and withdrawing consent where applicable.
Because Remind This does not maintain an account or its own reminder database, much of the information used by the app remains within Apple services or the third-party services described above.
