About these terms

These terms govern your use of Remind This, a macOS application developed by Ulba Studio, operated by 9533-9107 QUEBEC INC.

By using Remind This, you agree to these terms.

Free trial

Remind This includes a 2-day free trial that begins when the app is first launched. No payment information or account is required to start the trial.

After the trial ends, a valid license is required to continue creating reminders with Remind This.

License

Purchasing Remind This gives you a license to use the software on the number of devices permitted by your license. You do not acquire ownership of the software itself.

Your license key is intended for your own use and must not be shared, published, resold, or used to bypass licensing restrictions.

Purchases

Purchases, payment processing, and license delivery are handled through Polar. Polar acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.

The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase. Remind This is currently sold as a one-time purchase and does not require a subscription.

Refunds

Because Remind This includes a 2-day free trial before purchase, purchases are generally final. Refunds may be available for duplicate charges, unresolved licensing or material technical problems, exceptional circumstances, or where required by law.

Using Remind This

Remind This works with Apple Reminders and relies on macOS, Apple services, system permissions, and other technologies outside Ulba Studio's control.

You are responsible for checking that important reminders were created correctly. Remind This should not be relied on for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or other situations where failure to create or deliver a reminder could cause serious harm.

Updates and availability

Remind This may receive updates that fix bugs, improve the app, maintain compatibility, or change features. We may also discontinue features or support for older versions when reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property

Remind This, its design, branding, and original software are owned by 9533-9107 QUEBEC INC. or its licensors.

Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses, which are listed on the Licenses page.

Warranty and liability

Remind This is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration.

To the extent permitted by law, Ulba Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, Remind This.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
